The axis slide on precision linear guideways and are driven by brushless motors on aluminium profile machining center.

Aluminium Profile Machining Center is equipped at left and right stops which  are pneaumatically operated.

Quick tool change spindle, there are on aluminium profile machining center motor.

The Aluminium Profile Machining Center equipped with 6 positions tool magazine  on the left of the basement inside a protection area.

M3 3+1 Aluminium Profile Machining Center can store in tool holders milling, threading and end milling tools.

The working area on this aluminium profile machining center has 2 side ( Twin working system), and operator can put the different parts to the rigth support and left support.

M3 Aluminium CNC Machining Center has length stops at right side and also left side.

MC Aluminium CNC Machining Center has special centralized oiling system which is suitable for minimum oil consumption.

M3, CNC machining centre for aluminium profiles, with 3+1 controlled axes; the spindle has an automatic tool slewing system on 6 fixed positions that allows processing on 3 sides of the workpiece.

Designed for machining bars or parts made of aluminium, PVC doors  and windows, light alloys in general or steel up to 3 mm.

It is provided with an automatic storage magazine with 6 places.

The workpieces can position by a pneumatic stop positioned at the left side  and right side of the machine. The machine has 4  strong clamps that positioned by the slider on the X axis.

M3 CNC Aluminium Profile Machining Centre may perform extended machining of bars up to twice the work capacity.
